The obverse side of the bar features the goddesses Hathor and Mut, purposely struck off center. Hathor was one of the most important goddesses to ancient Egyptians, the daughter of Ra (the Sun god) and Nut (the sky goddess); Mut was considered the mother goddess and queen of all gods from the Thebes following.

The reverse depicts Isis and Ma'at in a seated position as the goddesses face each other. Isis is one of the most famous Egyptian goddesses and was considered the mother of every Pharaoh. Ma'at was the ancient Egyptian personification of truth, equilibrium and justice.
