The original Morgan dollar featured a profile portrait of Lady Liberty by the famous US Mint engraver George Morgan. Morgan believed the original model Anna Willess Williams to have a perfect profile when she sat for him in five sessions to complete the original bust. After the Zombie Apocalypse however, "Lady Liberty" is not doing so well. Her crown is still there but her face has started to rot and muscles and bone are now visible, along with the inscription "Morgue Anne 50 Zombucks 2017" which is encircled with 13 stars.

The reverse side shows a bio-hazard symbol with blood splattered around it, reminding humans of the apocalypse hazards, with the year 2017 and coin denomination of 50 Zombucks.
