We accept Visa, Visa Debit (CAD only), MasterCard, MasterCard Debit (CAD & USD only), Discover and UnionPay supported by 3-D Secure. Your credit card must be 3-D Secure authenticated, and as per the authentication requirements, the shipping address must match the confirmed address on your credit card account. Our system unfortunately does not support pre-paid credit cards nor gift cards. American Express is also not currently accepted.

Your normal credit card transaction limits apply. Conversion charges may be issued by your credit card provider.

How to Send a Bill Payment:

1. Log in to your online banking account.

2. Find the section in your online banking to send a Bill Payment. If you do not know where to find this section, please contact your financial institution directly.

3. Select “Add Payee”

4. Send the payment to the following details:

4.1 Payee Name: Our payee name will appear as “Silver Gold Bull” or “SILVER GOLD BULL INC.”. You can select either one of these payee names.

4.2 Account Number: This Silver Gold Bull account number can be found in your Order Confirmation.

5. Pay the ‘Grand Total’ amount shown in your order confirmation.

6. You will receive an email confirmation when we have received your full payment.

The payment must be completed within 15 minutes of placing your order due to exchange rate volatility. Please ensure to include all applicable fees.

To avoid cryptocurrency processing delays, please do not send internal transactions.

Cryptocurrency orders typically clear instantly after they are completed and move directly to our shipping queue. We occasionally manually review transactions, and these transactions are subject to a delayed clearing time.

If you do not receive a payment confirmation email from us within 2-business days of sending your payment, please contact your financial institution directly to ensure your Interac e-Transfer is not on a security hold.

How to Send an Interac e-Transfer:

1. Log in to your online banking account.

2. Find the section in your online banking to send an Interac e-Transfer. If you do not know where to find this section, please contact your financial institution directly.

3. Send the Interac e-Transfer to:

Using a different password for your e-Transfer will cause a delay in your order shipping.

If you have a daily Interac e-Transfer limit that is lower than the value of your order, you may send payment in multiple installments. Otherwise, you may also consider sending us a Bill Payment instead.

Warning! Account direct deposits or branch to branch transfers may be subject to a holding time of 60+ days before shipping. Your bank might suggest this instead of wire transfer.

Check your order confirmation email for a link to our wire instructions. Print the instructions and take them to a teller at your bank, along with your order grand total. Wire transfers are normally received by our office within 1-3 business days of submission. Please include your order number in the notes field of the wire transfer whenever possible.

We accept CAD and USD cheques, drafts, and money orders originating only from Canadian or United States based financial institutions.

Cheques, drafts, and money orders must be postmarked within three (3) business days and received by us within eight (8) business days after placing your order. Orders will ship shortly after the clearing period is complete. In very rare circumstances we may extend the clearing period at our discretion.
