ABOUT THE SERIES
The America the Beautiful Quarters Program celebrates a national site from each state, territory, and the District of Columbia. From 2010 to 2021, the U.S. Mint made a total of 56 different quarters! Each reverse showed a national park or forest scene. The obverse was the same image of George Washington used on the quarter since 1932. The mint released five quarters each year, with the last coin released by itself in 2021.
